Report a violation

For PACE Telematics GmbH it is of great importance to comply with laws and guidelines in order to ensure a good and peaceful corporate governance. Therefore, PACE Telematics GmbH offers the possibility for all employees in the company, as well as for all business partners, but also for all customers, to submit a report completely anonymously in case of indications of violations. You can report all violations committed by employees of our company in connection with their work. Violations can be any violation of the law or of internal regulations.

Each report will be reviewed confidentially. The reporting platform used by PACE Telematics GmbH offers the protection for the whistleblowers to transmit the reports encrypted. When submitting the report, the whistleblower receives an identifier for a mailbox. For this purpose, the whistleblower also creates a password on his own. Thus, after submitting a report, it is possible to communicate via the mailbox. 

Please note that defamation, such as insults or deliberate or grossly negligent false reports, constitute criminal offenses under sections 145d, 164 and 185 to 189 of the German Criminal Code.
